CareGrowth Family Services was founded in West Vancouver, BC and provides structured, professionally managed private care for individuals and families across the Lower Mainland, North Shore, and Fraser Valley. We support children, youth, adults, and seniors with care that is calm, consistent, and designed around real life.
Why CareGrowth Exists
CareGrowth did not begin as a private home care company. It began in some of the most complex care environments in British Columbia.
Before expanding into private care, our team built and operated provincially contracted residential services for children and youth with complex medical and behavioural needs, working directly within BC’s care system in partnership with the Ministry of Children and Family Development. Our model was structured, our staff clinically trained, and our standard of care accountable to the province.
That foundation taught us something many home care agencies never experience: what genuinely complex, high-stakes care requires.
Expanding into private care was a natural evolution. Families navigating hospital discharges, aging parents with complex needs, or specialized support requirements deserve the same level of structure, oversight, and professional commitment. They simply have not always had access to it.
CareGrowth exists to change that.

CareGrowth Family Services operates as a contracted service provider within BC's care system, working in coordination with the Ministry of Children and Family Development, healthcare professionals, and community partners. We do not fill shifts — we build care teams. Every caregiver is carefully selected to fit the person, the home, and the complexity of the situation. If we cannot staff a case well, we will say so honestly rather than send whoever is available.
Clinical Oversight
Care is guided by structured planning, nurse-led oversight, and proactive coordination with physicians, discharge planners, therapists, and specialists. Nothing falls through the cracks because we stay involved at every stage.

After years working inside British Columbia’s most complex care environments, managing teams, overseeing clinical care, and operating under the province’s highest standards, I saw what truly safe and accountable care looks like when it is done right. Families depend on consistency, structure, and professionalism when a person’s wellbeing is at stake.
I also saw what happens when care falls short. That experience shaped what CareGrowth would become.
CareGrowth was built on a simple belief: if I wouldn’t accept the standard of care for my own family, I won’t deliver it to someone else’s. That belief shapes every hire, every care plan, and every decision we make on behalf of the families who trust us.

Our Clinical & Care Team
CareGrowth care teams are composed of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and experienced health care aides — each carefully screened, reference checked, and selected for clinical competency, calm presence, and genuine reliability.
We staff intentionally, not urgently. Not everyone who applies works with CareGrowth. We look for professionals who remain composed under pressure, communicate clearly, and understand that consistency builds trust.
If we cannot build the right team for your situation, we will say so honestly rather than send whoever is available.
Every team operates within a structured care model supported by clinical oversight, documentation standards, and proactive communication. We do not rotate unfamiliar caregivers into your home.
